These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Intrinsic Terminal (the "Service"), operated as a software-as-a-service platform for informational financial research. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Informational Use Only

Intrinsic Terminal provides quantitative tools, historical filings data, and derived metrics for educational and informational purposes. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems without authorization;
• Share account credentials or resell access without written permission;
• Misrepresent Intrinsic Terminal output as personalized advice from a licensed professional.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your account. Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing terms presented at checkout unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Data Accuracy

We source data from third parties including regulatory filings and market data providers. We do not warrant that any data, calculation, or narrative output is complete, current, or error-free. You should independently verify information before acting on it.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTRINSIC TERMINAL AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
